To ensure a smooth experience for both our clients and our team, we have established the following cancellation policy:
 

1. Advance Notice:

• We kindly request that you provide us with at least 24 hours' notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling.

• For group bookings or services exceeding two hours, please provide at least 48 hours' notice.
   

2. Late Arrivals:

• We understand that life can be unpredictable, and occasionally, clients may arrive late for their appointment. However, we may need to adjust the duration of your service to maintain our schedule. If you are running late, please contact us as soon as possible to inform us.
   

3. Cancellation Fees:

• Appointments that are canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

• No-show appointments will also be subject to a fee.

• Cancellation fees will be charged as follows:

  • Less than 24 hours' notice or no-show: 50% of the service's total cost.
     

4. Refund Policy:

• Cancellation fees are non-refundable.

• We do not issue refunds for services that have been rendered, as we allocate our staff's time and resources for your appointment.
   

5. Exceptional Circumstances:

• We understand that emergencies and unforeseen situations may occur. If you have a valid reason for not giving adequate notice, please contact us to discuss your situation.
   

6. Rebooking:

• If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we encourage you to rebook at a more convenient time, so we can continue providing you with excellent beauty services.
   

7. Confirmation Calls/Texts:

• We may send you appointment reminders through calls or text messages to help you stay updated on your scheduled services.
   

8. Policy Acknowledgment:

• By booking an appointment with Extreme Beauty by Keshia, you acknowledge and accept our cancellation policy.
